About TJ Carter
TJ Carter is rapidly emerging as one of Queensland’s most captivating blues talents. He is an extraordinary hidden gem whose original music is simply too good to remain a secret. Originally hailing from Adelaide, this talented singer, songwriter, and guitarist has electrified audiences at festivals and venues throughout Queensland. Notably, he spent several years touring the UK and Europe with a London-based international Roots Reggae band before returning to his homeland to carve out his own musical journey.

Now based on the Sunshine Coast, TJ Carter passionately pursues his love of songwriting and performing. With a sound that effortlessly blends blues, groove, country, and soul, TJ’s unique musical style is beginning to resonate far beyond Queensland. In just the past two years, he has ascended to main stage performances at renowned festivals and venues, including the Agnes Blues Roots Rock Festival, Winterfest, Wolvi Stomp, Yowie Festival, Norton Music Factory, and Brisbane’s Lefty’s Old-Time Music Hall.
